His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, has witnessed the signing of an agreement today that ADNOC will acquire a 35% equity stake in Exxon Mobil Corporation’s (NYSE: XOM) proposed low-carbon hydrogen and ammonia production facility in Baytown, Texas.
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) recently announced the selection of 31 entities to receive $3.2 million in voucher support to advance a range of clean hydrogen technologies. This announcement is part of larger rollout of $9.8 million presented to 111 small businesses and other organizations. DOE-funded vouchers will be used to obtain in-kind support from participating organizations.
