Yes, in the 88^th Legislative Session, HB 4885 (Landgraf) passed which includes the expansion of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Texas Emission Reduction Program (TERP) with a $16 million incentive program for hydrogen vehicles, equipment, and infrastructure.
